Delivery
All orders are carefully packed and sent with Royal Mail. Choose your delivery option at checkout — prices are shown before you pay.
Processing time: as every item is handmade, please allow a few working days for us to make and pack your order before it's posted.
Once your order is on its way we'll email you, including a tracking number where one is available.
Returns
If something isn't right, please get in touch within 14 days of receiving your order and we'll do our best to sort it out.
Personalised items (for example letter keyrings, mirrors and phone cases) are made to order, so we can't accept returns on these unless they arrive faulty or damaged.
For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used wax melts can't be returned.
Damaged items
Wax can be delicate in very warm weather. If anything arrives damaged, please email us a photo within 48 hours and we'll replace it.
