These terms apply to all orders placed with Wax Dreamz through this website. By placing an order you agree to them.
Orders & payment
All prices are in pounds sterling (GBP). Payment is taken in full at checkout via PayPal. Your order is confirmed once payment has been received and you've had a confirmation email from us.
Handmade products
Every item is handmade, so small differences in colour, glitter, shape and finish are part of their charm and are not faults.
Personalised items
Please double-check letters, colours and any personalised text before ordering — we make your item exactly as entered.

Please read our Wax Melt Safety guidance. We can't be responsible for damage caused by misuse of wax melts or burners.
