Privacy Policy

Who we are

This website is run by Wax Dreamz. This policy explains what information we collect when you shop with us and how we use it.

What we collect

When you place an order we collect your name, email address, phone number (optional) and delivery address so we can make, send and support your order.

How we use it

We only use your details to process your order, send order and delivery updates and reply to your messages. We don't sell your details or send marketing emails unless you've asked us to.

Cookies

We use a single essential cookie to remember your basket while you shop. We don't use advertising or tracking cookies. PayPal may set its own cookies during checkout.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept for as long as needed for accounting and legal purposes (normally six years), then deleted.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you at any time by contacting us. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
